摘要
To achieve fast response to manufacturing process changes and to obtain best economic benefits in resource cost of machine tools, structure modeling and simulation method of network reconfigurable machine tools based on connecting graph was proposed. The user requirements were analyzed to achieve machining information, and a series of movements of machine tools to perform machining task were extracted. The basic functions of kinematics model for reconfigurable machine tools were established based on homogeneous transformation matrix. According to the function requirements of processing operation, the topological structure of reconfigurable machine tools was described by connecting diagram method, and candidate formalized representation of reconfigurable machine tool was generated. The appropriate modules in machine tool module library were chosen according to the kinematics model of reconfigurable machine tools and mechanical module. Reconfigurable machine tool configuration was synthesized to meet the demand of sports, structure and reconfiguration. Internet-based motion simulation and structural validation of machine tools were used to verify the proposed method. © 2015, CIMS. All right reserved.
