Convergence and convergence rate are studied for estimation algorithm with the non-sensitivity zone for the problems of passive identification and identification with application of trial actions in the control loop. The investigation is based on a linearization effect of algorithm characteristic in large signal to noise ratio. The higher convergence rate is achievable in some cases with respect to the samples volume order.
