摘要
Due to effects of external environment and transmission medium, oil-gas pipelines will inevitably be corroded during the process of operation. Intensive stress appears in corroded parts, which may impair loading capacity of pipelines. Therefore, residual strength and residual life must be evaluated for corroded pipelines, the evaluation results can provide vital basis for maintenance schedule of defective pipelines. First, major evaluation standards for corroded pipelines at home and abroad were summarized, and application scope of these standards was analyzed. Discussion was completed from the aspects of single corrosion and multiple corrosions. Recent research progress of corroded oil-gas pipeline evaluation technology was concluded, and current research highlights-remaining strength evaluation methods of pipelines subject to multiple corrosion defects and interaction rule between corrosion defects were introduced. Besides, popular methods of predicting residual life of corroded pipelines, including gray forecasting method and reliability function analysis method were reviewed. In the end, research progress of corroded oil-gas pipeline evaluation technology was concluded and future study prospects were proposed. © 2018 Chongqing Wujiu Periodicals Press. All rights reserved.
