摘要
Signal filtering and digital control delay will increase the detection error during the process of IPMSM initial position detection by means of rotating high frequency injection method. Thus, a position signal demodulation algorithm is proposed based on self-adjusting frame amplitude convergence (SFAC). First of all, the current is transformed into two-phase self-adjusting shaft frame, and the transform angle is pole position estimation plus π/4, thereby there is no need to compensate the phase deviation caused by digital control delay. Secondly, a recursive DFT scheme is used to calculate the current amplitude of self-adjusting frame, while the deference of amplitude is put into the phase-locked loop (PLL), the output of PLL is the pole position estimation angle. The polarity is judged by means of voltage pulse injection method. There is no signal filtering during the demodulation process, which avoids the phase shifting problem caused by filters. Finally, the proposed SFAC algorithm and the conventional synchronous frame high pass filter (SFHF) algorithm are compared and analyzed. The SFAC algorithm is verified by experiments. © 2018, Electrical Technology Press Co. Ltd. All right reserved.
