摘要：

The advantages of the waterborne coating technology which use synthetic polymers as binders are discussed. The waterborne epoxies contain modified resins and additives to improve their resistance to corrosion and to foaming during application. The waterborne coatings offer finishers environmental advantages such as volatile organic compound (VOC) compliance, lower odor and fewer harmful organic vapors. It also offers economic advantages such as lower insurance and storage costs and lowered hazardous waste disposal costs.
