摘要
With the advent of the information society and the big data era, the content of quantitative evaluation of teacher’s research performance in the university constantly goes deeper, and the method of it further enriches as well. In this paper, our method references eight university ranking index systems as a source of information, and then adopts analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method to obtain a quantitative Evaluation Index System of Teacher’s research Performance and to determine the weight of each index. As a result, A set of indicator system was established, including 1 first order indicator, 2 second order indicators as well as 27 third order indicators, among which, scientific research is considered as the first order indicator. © 2016 SERSC.
