摘要
Polyurethane UV adhesion- reducing adhesives were prepared by hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene which reacted with isophorone diisocyanate firstly, and then 1, 4- butanediol or 1, 4- butenediol was used as chain extender to expand the chains and control the content of C=C in the main chains, and two or three functional acrylate was used as crosslinking monomer monomer. The molecular structure of the adhesion- reducing adhesives was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT- IR). The effect of cross- linking degree on adhesionreducing was investigated. The experimental results show that with the increase of the cross-linking density and the gel ratio of the adhesion- reducing adhesives, the volume shrinkage of adhesive increases, and then the surface roughness increases, and the adhesion-reducing effect is obvious. When 1, 4-butenediol is used as chain extender and trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) is used as crosslinkable monomer, the peeling strength reaches 19 N/25 mm before UV irradiation, and decreases to 0.2 N/25 mm after UV irradiation, which meets the application requirements. © 2022, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
