摘要
Sodium alginate-g-polyacrylamide/ graphene oxide(NaAlg-g-PAAm/GO) composite hydrogel was prepared by solution polymerization with alginate, acrylamide as monomer, graphene oxide as raw material. The structure and morphology of composite hydrogel were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The mass fraction of GO increases from 0.6% to 3.2% and the swelling ratio (SR) decreases from 37% to 21%. The effect of cations on the swelling of hydrogels is as follow: Fe3+>Ca2+>K+. In order to imitate the simulated gastric cavity and intestinal environment, using 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) as model for anticancer drug, the controlled release behavior of composite hydrogel was investigated in buffer solution of pH=1.2 and pH=7.4. The experimental results show that the cumulative release (84%) of hydrogel in pH=7.4 buffer solution is significantly higher than that in the solution of pH=1.2, so this kind of hydrogel is expected to become carrier of targeted drug release. © 2018, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
