According to the lack of clear reference for the selection of grouting materials for roads non-excavation reinforcement, the types and proportions of the commonly used road grouting materials are investigated systematically. Based on the statistical analysis, the ratios of cement based grouting material and geopolymer grouting material are recommended. The effect of the density of polymer grouting material on water absorption and compressive strength is determined. The results show that the recommended water-cement ratio of cement paste grouting material is 0.46-0.67, and the ratio of cement mortar is mcement;mwater;msand=1;(0.46-0.59);(0.31-0.73). The recommended range of the sodium silicate modulus, the water-cement ratio and the mass fraction of sodium silicate of the geopolymer grouting material are 2.3-3.1, 0.49-0.67 and 7.27%-9.73%. With the increase of density of solidified polymer grouting material, the compressive strength increases and the water absorption reduces. © 2017, Materials Review Magazine. All right reserved.
