摘要：
It is poor that GDSS based on web coordinates group decision activities, which isn't fit for group decision activities at the same time in different place, so this paper apply multi-agent collaborative work mechanism to remedy its weaknesses. Multi-agent collaborative work system's organization and communication are studied, an architecture and grammar description of agent are presented.
