摘要
This paper presents non-parametric Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) as a valuation method, and constructs the technical efficiency model and environmental efficiency model of China'siron and steel enterprises. And then two models are calculated and analyzed. In our analysis,we estimate the technical efficiency(TE) and environmental efficiency(EE) respectively. After calculation and comparative analysis, results tell us that some of our iron and steel enterprises are inefficient or overestimated in their efficiency and so on, in-depth analysis of the reasons for the above-mentioned phenomena are carried out followed by,and finally the corresponding proposals for the problems of China's iron and steel enterprises could be put forward.
