摘要
To further investigate the influence of trap on the flashover voltage of silicone rubber after corona aging, silicone rubber was aged by multi-needle-plate electrodes, then TSC and flashover voltage test were used to research the trap characteristics of silicone rubber at different aging time. SEM analysis and FTIR test were also taken to research the internal contact between surface aging trap characteristic and flashover voltage of silicone rubber after aging test by observing physical and chemical properties' change of silicone rubber. The results show that, with the increase of corona aging time, the trap's energy level of silicone rubber will increase and saturate from 0.3 eV(new sample) to 0.4 eV(aging 1 000 h), but the trap's density will increase. Meanwhile, the flashover voltage of silicone rubber will decrease and remain from 14.13 kV(new sample) to 11.65 kV(aging 1 000 h). By combining FTIR and SEM test results, the deep trap level and its saturation have been proved to be the main reason why silicone rubber samples' dry flashover voltage drops down and remains within a certain range. © 2017, High Voltage Engineering Editorial Department of CEPRI.
