摘要
After nearly two decades of industrial control applications, touch-screen technology continues to gain ground in virtually every major process industry. Touch-screen technology brings a variety of proven advantages to process control, including its environmental robustness. The touch screens hold up under exposure to chemicals, grease, dust, dirt and moisture. It also reduces downtime, cuts training time and operator error, and are used nearly everywhere such that most people are as familiar with touch input as they are with using a telephone.
