摘要
In order to investigate the wind vibration characteristics of the high-rise mast structure,an aeroelastic model of a 356 m high mast was fabricated using the method of rigid sections with connecting rods. The distribution characteristics of the displacement response along height and the modal participation characteristics were investigated by wind tunnel test, and the effects of wind speed and direction were analyzed. The results show that the displacement response of the mast varies non-linearly with height, and the peak mean and pulsation response are observed at the midpoint of the anchorage point for the upper two layers of rope. The across-wind response of the mast is essentially equivalent to the along-wind response. The change in wind direction has some effect on the mean displacement of the mast, but no significant effect on the pulsation values. The first three orders of modal energy for the crosswind and downwind responses are of similar magnitude, and the change of wind speed will have some effect on the modal frequency of the mast structure. The aerodynamic dampings of the mast structure are positive and increase with increasing wind speed. The along-wind vibration coefficients of the mast are significantly lower than the code recommended values at all heights except the bottom. The variations of wind speed and direction have a small effect on the wind vibration coefficient in the middle and upper parts of the mast, with a more pronounced effect only at the bottom. © 2024 Southeast University.
