摘要
The reason of bullwhip effect was analyzed, the necessary and the method of restraining the effect were introduced. The supply chain model with unsymmetrical retailers was established in Matlab, and terminal customer order was introduced into upstream enterprises' decision making system. The simulation result shown that information distortion is reduced, and the bullwhip effect is effectively restrained by information sharing.
