摘要：

As a user experience consultant for the past 30 years, I have worked in diverse industries on many interesting projects, both successful and not. This project demonstrated the power of scaling and democratizing our UCD practices. I hope that critical problems faced in the world today can be challenged by motivated teams with UCD.
