This text describes legal requirements and terms related to implementing of Quality Management System (QMS) at faculties in the Republic of Croatia. All necessary activities and required documentation for implementing QMS are defined. At the end, a review is given of objectives which will be obtained by implementing of QMS at higher education and by accreditation of these institutions.
