摘要：

Motion of a system, consisting of a gyrostat and elastic rod, on the Keplerian circular orbit in the central Newtonian force field is considered in the restricted statement. The gyrostat is considered as a rigid body which contains a rotating dynamically and statically balanced flywheel. An end of the homogeneous rectilinear elastic rod is fixed in the gyrostat case.
