摘要
Actual products demand very accurate reproduction of the defined quality criteria and interfacial criteria for following processes. The reproduction of process parameters in injection molding is no more sufficed to guarantee the quality requirements. Process disturbances are often related to aging and handling influences on the material behavior. Therefore a material characterization leads to an extended model approach to describe the rheological behavior under aging influences and the development of an adaptive, pressure controlled process management. The process influences by varying material properties are shown in a process simulation, compared to the injection molding process and compensated by the new quality control strategy. © 2015, Carl Hanser Verlag GmbH & Co.
