The stability of the three-phase PV inverter with LCL filter and corresponding control strategy were researched considering the grid impedance. First, the grid-connected PV inverter stability was analyzed of grid impedance. Then the inverter control strategy was proposed based on state feedback to achieve the system poles assignment thereby inhibiting the effect on the system power quality and stability considering the grid impedance. Finally the study was validated through simulation. Studies have shown that: the grid impedance can decrease the LCL filter resonance frequency and the PV system with PR+HC controller becomes unstable, severely reducing the power quality; the proposed pole-assignment control strategy can effectively inhibit the grid impedance impact on system stability. ©, 2015, Science Press.
