摘要
Two kinds (W,Cu-free; W,Cu-containing) of supermantensitic stainless steels (SMSS) were quenched after solution treatment at 1050°C for 0.5 h, then tempered at 550°C, 650°C, 750°C for 2 h. The corrosion performance was surveyed by electrochemical methods in CO2-saturated NaCl solution with the chloride content of 2.12%. The results of cyclic polarization curves indicate that the tempering temperature has significant effect on corrosion resistance of the steel, and the specimen has the best corrosion resistance when tempered at 550°C. The pitting potential of SMSS increases by the addition of tungsten and copper. Alternating current impedance (AC impedance) curves show that the specimen which is tempered at 550°C has the maximum impedance, and the most stable passive film is formed.
