摘要
The emission spectra of optical cavities and semiconductor microcavities was analyzed for the dissipation and mode broadening effects. The interaction of the electromagnetic mode, coupling of electronic excitations were the process conditions. Fano model was used for the treatment of electromagnetic continuum mechanism interactions whereas the electronic excitations were represented in the form of Harmonic oscillators.
