摘要
To combine the prefabricated structure and structural control technology, a pounding tuned rotary mass damper (PTRMD) is proposed in this paper, which can be installed in the hollow-floor structure. The damper combines the characteristics of PTMD and TRMD, which is consisted of a mass (rolling ball), curved orbit and viscoelastic limiting device fixed on the orbit. The device has a wide application prospect with the advantages such as easy fabrication, flexibility and strong robustness, convenient installation and maintenance without additional space occupied. The dynamic equation of the controlled system with this device is established, and the solution of the equation is given by using analytic method and a high precision direct integral method. Responses of the controlled structure in free vibration and forced vibration are studied respectively and the vibration reduction efficiency of this energy dissipation system is discussed. The research shows that the PTRMD can effectively reduce the structural displacement response and has powerful energy dissipation capacity. © 2018, Nanjing Univ. of Aeronautics an Astronautics.
