摘要
7%Y2O3-ZrO2 (7YSZ, i. e. 7%yttria stabilized zirconia) flattening splats were collected on the polished 316L stainless steel and the polished NiCoCrAlYTa coated by air plasma spraying as substrates, respectively. The influence of substrate temperature on the splat morphology was investigated. The interface between 7YSZ splat and the substrate was characterized via field emission-scanning electron microscopy assisted with focused ion beam (FIB). Besides, the interface between the splat and the substrate was also analyzed by an finite element software named ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The results indicate that the disk-shaped splats are obtained on different substrates at nearly 250 ℃. The warping appears at the edge of flattening splat on the 316L substrate. However, little warping occurs at the edge interface of coated 7YSZ/NiCoCrAlYTa. The center interface between 7YSZ and substrate can be well-bonded. In addition, the splat morphology simulated by ANSYS on both substrates is similar to the experimental result. ©, 2015, Chinese Ceramic Society. All right reserved.
