摘要
β-Cyclodextrin polymer was synthesized as host molecule and a polymer containing amantadine and alendronate group was synthesized as guest molecule. The chemical structure was characterized by 1H-NMR. Then, a type of supramolecular hydrogel was formed through the host-guest molecular interaction and physical crosslinked by β- cyclodextrins and amantadine. The hydrodynamic diameter distribution was characterized by dynamic light scattering(DLS), the results show that β-cyclodextrin polymer has an uniform distribution as the average particle size is 8.773 nm. The hydrogel adhesive property performs strongest when the host-guest ratio is 8∶1. The gelation process of hydrogels was verified by rheological test. Amantadine in the system can provide strong adhesion between the gel and bone trauma interface, thus this system could be used for injectable bone repair hydrogels. © 2016, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
