Sr and Ti co-doped LaCrO3 (LaxSr1-x CryTi1-yO3) powders were synthesized from carbonate and oxides based on the principle of solid state reaction and gel-casting. XRD patterns indicated the perovskite structure was formed without any second phases when sintering at 1450°C for 6 h by gel-casting, which was lower than by solid state reaction at 100°C. The total electrical conductivity was greatly depended on the ingredient, and reached the maximum when x=0.2, y=0.3.
