摘要
The unilateral convective heat transfer coefficient was affected by circumferentially non-uniform heat flux on the outer wall of solar receiver tube. Base on this, convection heat transfer experimental system and mathematical model of molten salt receiver were established to analyze the influence law of unilateral convective heat transfer coefficient in receiver tube. The results showed that the average convective heat transfer coefficient almost same with different heat flux ratio, and convective heat transfer coefficient with lower heat flux side was larger than that with higher heat flux side, but that with higher heat flux side was slightly smaller than average convective heat transfer coefficient. The convective heat transfer coefficient with higher heat flux side was close to each other, and the difference of that on two sides increased with Reynolds number and heat flux ratio(qh/ql) increased. The special calculation method of unilateral convective heat transfer coefficient was proposed, according to this method, the unilateral convective heat transfer coefficient fits well with the average convective heat transfer coefficient, and the maximum deviation is less than 4%. © 2020 Chin.
