We designed a kind of mixer for the low voltage supply circuit. The core of this mixer was a version of switched transconductor. By doing this, the reduction of the voltage induced by finite on-resistance of the switch devices was reduced to almost zero. In the output-terminal, we took a version of folded-output, reducing the fall of the direct voltage caused by the load resistance, and finally achieved the purpose for the low voltage supply circuit. Simulation results of this circuit on the condition of 1.3 V voltage supply showed that the conversion gain was -11.5 dB, the noise figure was 20.648 dBm, the 1 dB gain compression input power level was -5.764 dBm, and the IIP3 was 4.807 dBm.
