Partner relationship management (PRM) solutions generally fulfill the needs of channel members. Although an evolution of sellside e-commerce solutions, PRM systems involve much more than Web-based order management. To illustrate the benefits of such solutions, the cases of Kawasaki and Fasterners West are taken as examples.
