Operation of blades of gas turbines has been considered. The blades are manufactured by method of directional crystallization. This efficient technology makes it possible to improve long-term strength, fatigue resistance, to expand opportunities for manufacturing the blades with various systems of the cooling channels. This is necessary for improving the economic efficiency of the blades. Properties of the blades made from alloy of ZhS6K grade have been investigated. Mathematical model of properties of the alloy has been developed. The model can be used for determining the load-carrying capacity of the cast blades.
