摘要
A three freedom degrees mathematical model of a pair of involute spur gear transmission system was built using the lumped mass method. An active control structure was applied to control the gear meshing point vibration which was caused by transmission error. Through piezoelectric stack actuator displacement, the shaft's vibration was controlled, which led the gear transmission error and noise being controlled. Based on the Matlab/Simulink, a fuzzy PD active controller and a fuzzy active controller for system's vibration were designed. A complete gear transmission vibration control system was established and simulated. The simulation results show that both fuzzy controller and fuzzy PD controller can effectively suppress the system's vibration. Fuzzy PD controller is better than pure fuzzy controller for the gear system. The research results prove that the control method and control strategy used in this paper is practical and feasible.
