The latest and reground rolls and special profiles were discussed. The innovations such as Rockwelle tungsten carbide coating, thermogrooves and Controlled Condensate System brought significant advantages to users. Rockwelle coating is under operation which helps in maintaining quality and technology at the highest possible level with reduced delivery time. Total corrugator roll life and roll take-up factor are important elements considered for evaluating the economics of corrugated processes.
