摘要
The methodologies of previous researches on enterprise incentive are too conceptual to reveal the process and effect of a specific incentive measure theoretically. Based on general incentive theories and transmissibility of enterprise incentive, the theory of incentive transmitting was proposed. Such factors as time delay, information distortion and behavioral mutation are considered to improve the basic cellular automata model. The dynamics of employee incentive were modeled using cellular automata and the model were implemented into a system. The process of employee incentive and its effect on groups in enterprise were simulated in different experimental scenarios using the system. The results prove the existence of transmitting effect of incentive through employee groups in enterprise, and show how to develop incentive measures to enhance employee incentive by experimental simulations.
