摘要:
This article introduces the Actor Relationship Matrix (ARM) as a goal-oriented requirements analysis method. ARM is a two-dimensional matrix that defines the relationship among actors, Although the i* framework is increasingly gaining attention as a requirements analysis method and the strategic dependency (SD) model included in it is used to analyze and describe the requirements among the stakeholders in a business, no practical method that helps stakeholders check whether the requirements in the SD model are comprehensive has been proposed. ARM is designed to overcome this drawbxk. We also discuss the effectiveness of our method, which contributes to a comprehensive review of requirements. Finally, we mention future issues in goal-oriented requirements analysis.
