The Borregaard company (Norway), specializing in production of pulps for further chemical conversion to cellulose and its derivatives, has acquired the Atisholz AG company (Switzerland). The cost of that deal was 88 million Euros. Atisholz produces paper pulps and specialty cellulose in the amount of 135,000 tons per year. It employs 350 people and generates an annual gross revenue of 125.5 million Swiss francs.
