摘要
The importance of breakthrough thinking for real organizational transformation is discussed. Breakthrough thinking involves thinking past and involves taking risks. This is easier if we are working with people with energy and capacity for different thinking. Support networks can be used to protect experiments so that they can spread through the informal system.
