The Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) can be considered as a sophisticated system of time, which is maintained by the subsystem of atomic clock and Time-Frequency Signal Generation and Maintenance. A lot of analog devices are used in Galileo's Time-Frequency system, which brings bad effects on reliability, power consumption and weight. In view of the defects in Galileo, a new full-digital scheme is proposed in this paper. Based on DPLL and DDS, we realize the signal processing in FPGA, which leads to great improvement in all respects. And the most important is that, we get much better stability of output signal than Galileo scheme with the combination of Clean-Up Module and OCXO Driving Module. During tests, the digital scheme performed well. It can be used in China's BeiDou Navigation Satellite System. Copyright © 2015 Binary Information Press.
