摘要
Based on heat storage devices and electric boilers, this paper constructs a combined heat and power scheduling model considering carbon trading cost in wind power system,to increase the consumption of wind power and reduce carbon emission. Taking the minimum system operation cost as objective and synthetically considering operating cost of fossil power generation units and operating cost of CHP,operating and maintenance cost of wind power, carbon trading cost of fossil power generation units, and constraints of thermal balance and power balance during system operation, the model is solved through CPLEX method. Finally, taking the IEEE-30 node system as an example, the traditional scheduling method and the scheduling method proposed in this paper is compared. The results show that by this scheduling method the wind power consumption increased by 74.6% and the carbon emissions decreased by 975 t which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed scheduling model. © 2020, Solar Energy Periodical Office Co., Ltd.
