摘要
Aluminum salt doped rods-like TiO2 fibers were prepared with tereabutyl titanate as titanium source and Al(NO3)3 as aluminum salt by an electrospunning method and subsequent calcination at 600°C. The composition and morphology of the material were analyzed by scanning election microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometer, respectively. The gas-sensitivity to NOx of aluminum salt doped TiO2 fibers at room temperature and the corresponding mechanism was investigated. The results show that the characteristics of the 1D aluminum salt doped TiO2 materials are fibers with a length up to a few centimeters and a diameter of about 200 nm. At room temperature, the aluminum salt modified TiO2 fibers exhibited a good gas sensing response to NOx, the response time was < 6 s and the lowest detection limit was 9.7 × 10-7. The aluminum salt doped TiO2 fibers as a potential gas-sensitive material could improve the gas-sensitivity substantially due to NOx adsorption and desorption with anatase phase.
