The paper focuses on ticket pricing problem of long-distance passenger dedicated line with the comparison of total travel cost with air passenger transport. As passengers always select travel mode according to the minimum of their generalized cost, it provides the calculation method of the generalized cost. Then the paper derives the ticket pricing formula of long-distance passenger dedicated line with the total travel cost of air passenger transport as standard. At last it calculates the ticket price of Jing-Guang passenger dedicated line and provides reasonable price range for night train and day train. With total travel costs of air passenger transport without accommodation expense as standard, the prices of night train and day train are 1193~1962 Yuan and 1022~1791 Yuan respectively. With air travel costs with accommodation expense as standard, the prices of night train and day train are 1343~2212 Yuan and 1172~2041 Yuan respectively. The ticket price of night train is 10% higher than that of day train. The ticket price of night train is also 1.5~2.8 times of the price of the current CRH trains.
