Continental Management Timber Industry is investing $77 million to upgrade its Enlseiskiy plant in Siberia. The funds represent over half of the company's $130 million budget to modernize its Siberian mills between the years 2002 and 2007. The main focus of the investment program will be an overhaul of the Enlseiskiy plant's newsprint PM and board machine.
