摘要
For the problem of poor stability and low efficiency in changing the laser array aided targets including the laser projection pattern and the position of stripe, the projection and adjustment demand of aided targets in the visual based measurement were analyzed. Considering the compactness, practicability and reliability of the device, a set of the laser array adjustment device was designed and processed. Independent and coordinating controls of the laser array were accomplished by driving multi-motor through a workstation and NI counter. According to the adjustment & control demand and hardware device, the corresponding control system was developed using LabVIEW. The results show that the device and system have the following features: good stability, high efficiency and good robustness. The system can achieve the efficient automatic adjustment of the laser array, which lays a good foundation for improving the efficiency of the visual based measurement. © 2017, Central South University Press.
