摘要
As the inefficiency in installation, inaccuracy and time-consume in positioning for assembly of ship propulsion shaft system, a modularized field assembly shaft system applied in a narrow cabin environment was proposed. Experiment was carried out on a ship shaft assembly test bench. Experimental results show that the system is able to realize high-precision of control in space position and attitude of the shaft system automatically according to the instructions of the operator, ensuring high-precision of motion control within measurement errors of commonly used equipment, efficient and safe completion of the assembly of the propulsion shaft, and reduction of construction period of the ship. © 2018, Editorial Office of Ship Building of China.
