The effects of final-state light-by-light scattering on the parapositronium and orthopositronium decay rates are evaluated. The light-by-light graphs have both real and imaginary parts and are evaluated based only on the real part of photons. Two permutations of the final state photons are used to form a pseudoscalar from the photon polarizations.
