摘要
A study with generalizable results was conducted on biotechnology commercialization in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. The purpose of this study was to create an understanding of the strategies that the spin-off creation implements. The existence of young innovative companies is most likely to increase the presence of venture capital in the region and, in turn, even the number of new companies. © 2011 Macmillan Publishers Ltd.
