摘要
Molybdenum disulfide nano-powders were prepared by solid state hybrid microwave heating using Mo and S powders as starting materials within 45 minutes. The analysis by powder X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and high resolution transmission electron microscopy reveal that the as-synthesized products are of single-phase hexagonal structure with the final compositions close to those of the starting materials. The results indicate that increasing the reacting temperature can optimize the product crystallization, decrease the particle size and promote the homogeneity. ©, 2015, Chinese Ceramic Society.
