摘要
Shortened product life cycles and the volatility of the product mix result in higher expenses for adaptation planning especially in the assembly of manufacturing companies. In this article a framework is presented, which promotes effectivity in adaptation planning of flexible assembly systems by the introduction of a modular, change driver based planning process. The efficiency is increased by a planning data structure, which enables the standardized provision and re-use of planning data. © Carl Hanser Verlag, München.
