摘要
The lamellar structure of Ti alloy attained by high temperature β forging, it was used under the condition of high stress, high temperature, long duration. Moreover, such structure guarantees the high fracture toughness and low fatigue crack propagation rate which are needed by the design of excellent damage tolerance and long duration. Using quasi- β forging technology, the problem of low plasticity of lamellar structure of TC6 and TC18 and TC21 titanium alloy forgings have been resolved through adjusting the parameters of macroscopic and microscopic structure of titanium alloys. It also enhances the structure uniformity of complicated shape structural component of aircraft. Thus, the application level, duration of α and α + β titanium alloys which are under extensive use could be greatly improved and the cost of production could be further lowered, which could lay solid technological foundation for the low cost and damage tolerance titanium alloy.
