摘要
Tower crane is the important construction machinery, main mechanical structure of which is space truss structure. Thus, this study focuses on the tower crane. This study mainly concentrates on the optimization design study about the various parameters of the crane space truss structure. First, the finite element analysis makes a mechanical analysis about crane's space truss structure. The previous studies are partial to make researches about the entirety, cargo boom and balance arm of the tower crane, and there are few researches about the fixing of tower body. Therefore, in practical engineering construction, there is always low level of resources utilization because material utilization amount was increased for worrying about the poor static strength of structure. This study makes an exploration about the crane's mechanical system after completing the check of the structural strength by finite element analysis. Research result suggests that the tower body structure and chassis structure comply with the design. And because the structural stress is less than the allowable stress, the optimization space exists. Thus, corresponding optimization for structure according to the finite element model and analytical method of topological optimization were made. Finally, improved space truss structure was analyzed, and the validity and security of the optimized tower crane were verified.
