摘要
This paper reviews the research progress in three areas: liquid rocket engine failure modes and mechanisms, fault diagnosis methods, and fault diagnosis applications. Different types of fault diagnosis methods have different advantages, disadvantages and application scenarios. Combining multiple fault diagnosis methods in one health management system improves the time sensitivity of fault diagnosis, coverage of faults, coverage of engine operating phases, and robustness to sensor failures. Three issues limiting the application of liquid rocket engine fault diagnosis methods on engine health management systems are: (1)Fault diagnosis methods are not closely integrated with the object; (2)insufficient basic research, lack of failure modes and failure mechanisms; (3)lack of data fusion, lack of information. © 2022, Editorial Department of Journal of Propulsion Technology.
